RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. General Policy (No Change of Mind):
Due to the perishable nature of our camel milk products and food safety regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for “change of mind,” personal taste preferences, or customer errors during checkout (e.g., selecting the wrong product category or incorrect quantity).
2. Limited Exceptions:
In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act 1999, returns or replacements are only considered if:
Incorrect Delivery: You received a different product category than what was ordered.
Quantity Error: The number of cans received does not match your confirmed order.
Damaged/Defective: The Goods were damaged (e.g., punctured cans or broken seals) upon delivery.
3. Strict 7-Day Reporting Window:
Any claim regarding the exceptions above must be reported to us in writing at support@wangyuan.com.my within seven (7) days of receipt. Claims made after this 7-day period will not be entertained as we cannot verify storage conditions once the product has left our control.
4. Condition of Goods for Return:
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The cans must be unopened with the original seal intact.
The Goods must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Proof of Purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
5. Resolution:
Upon verification, we will, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement for the missing/incorrect items or issue a refund for the affected portion of the order. If the error is ours, we will bear the reasonable costs of return shipping or re-delivery.
6.Verification of Delivery:
We ensure that all orders are checked and weighed prior to dispatch. Our internal records, including shipping weights and packing logs, shall be deemed prima facie evidence of the quantity of Goods dispatched.
